* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
extreme northwestern Cascade County in central Montana...
south central Teton County in north central Montana...
north central Lewis And Clark County in west central Montana...

* until 530 PM MDT

* at 448 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
severe thunderstorm 11 miles southeast of Augusta... moving north at
25 mph.

* Locations in the warning include Augusta.

This also includes Highway 89 between mile markers 29 and 32.

This also includes Highway 200 between mile markers 107 and 115.

Hail to the size of quarters and wind gusts to 60 mph are possible
with this storm.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

This is a dangerous storm. If you are in its path... prepare
immediately for damaging winds... destructive hail... and deadly cloud
to ground lightning. People outside should move to a shelter...
preferably inside a strong building but away from windows.

The National Weather Service in Great Falls has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
The Elbow pass wildfire burn scar and the Falls Point wildfire
burn scar in west central Lewis And Clark County in west central
Montana...

* until 815 PM MDT

* at 414 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
flash flooding and debris flows resulting from a thunderstorm over
the warned area.

* Multiple storms will continue to move over the burn scar areas and
could produce several rounds of flash flooding and debris flows
through this evening.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding... mud and debris flows are
imminent or already occurring. Move to higher ground. Residents
living along streams and creeks should take immediate precautions to
protect life and property.

mph.

Hail up to one-half inch in diameter and wind gusts up to 40 mph are
possible with these storms.

Locations near the path of these storms include... Choteau... Augusta
and Fairfield.

            Funnel cloud spotted EST 10 M south of white Sulpher
            Springs. Funnel extended about three quarters of way
            down from cloud base and dissipated by time of call.
