counties until 100 am CDT/midnight MDT/...

At 1227 am CDT /1127 PM MDT/... Doppler radar was tracking a line of
strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles northeast
of Whitman to 10 miles northeast of Arthur... and moving east at 50
mph.

Half inch hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
Swan Lake around 1135 PM MDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include hire... cogill
lake... Pratt Lake... Carr Lake... Whitman Road crossing the North
Branch of the middle Loup river... Weir... Sand Beach Lake... Sand
Puddin Lake... Spring Valley Lake and Lena.

This includes the following highways...
Highway 2 between mile markers 154 and 186.
Highway 61 between mile markers 132 and 137.
Highway 97 between mile markers 49 and 83.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms... and may
lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.

Mullen to near Brownlee... and moving northeast at 20 mph.

Nickel size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Carr Lake... Seneca... Weir... Mullen... Giant Hill... Whitman... Kelso...
Marsh Flat... Thedford... Natwick... Brownlee... Norway... Hecla and
Highway 97 crossing The Dismal river.

This includes the following highways...
Highway 2 between mile markers 154 and 219.
Highway 97 between mile markers 54 and 85.
Highway 83 between mile markers 144 and 165.
